Very Good

Great reception and restaurant area that served an excellent breakfast. The staff were excellent. Good location to stay if you are heading south out of Windhoek.

Rooms were a little tired. But the hotel was being refurbished as part of the rebrand to Mövenpick so I am sure they will be better once the refurbishment is complete.

Hotel still under major renovation.

Staff were very pleasant despite an initial confusion. It seems bookings through booking.com do not automatically update in their system.

Hotel still undergoing a major renovation. Certainly not yet at 4 star standard of Movenpick that I know. Only one floor was being used by guests.

Very Good

Location was great. Hotel was clean and smelled amazing throughout.

We asked for extra coffee and milk as we are coffee drinkers and what they had was insufficient. We had to request this twice and then was only provided with two extra sachets of coffee. We ended up going to the local supermarket to buy our own.

We have enjoyed a lot safari court hotel, I would definitely be back.

Nice place to be, 2 big pools to relax under the namibia hot sun

The AC in the room was nightmare, unable to adjust to temperature so it forced us to sleep under hot environment

Value for money

I arrived and requested a large bed, this was done for me, after a long haul flight just wanted to stretch out and sleep. I did not bother with breakfast but have stayed here before and after this trip and can say that breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice and fresh. My room was very clean. All the staff are very polite and respectful. I recommend the spa for a massage too

I enjoyed the hospitality of the people of Namibia

good breakfast with variety of options to choose from.

The ongoing property improvement works meant that some lifts were out of use making me walk a longer distance to access the other lifts. This was temporal but a coincidence worth mentioning.

Nice clean hotel in excellent location for airport. Bit confusion over set menu ending up with food so late we couldn't eat. However Lady on reception was outstanding. Thank you so much

Great location and lovely hotel.

Breakfast choice and quality was delicious. Rooms spacious. Reception and dining room beautifully decorated. Swimming pool and gardens beautiful.

The hotel is being refurbished and will be great when finished. At the moment the rooms are very old fashioned but having said that they are clean and spacious. Just to add, there is a hotel in the same complex of a lower star rating that shares the swimming pool and gardens. If I am paying more for my hotel it should not be shared.

I ordered salad and asked for the fetta to be on the side as I am allergic to dairy. So they brought me a salad with fetta on the side but covered with parmesan (cheese), the staff just didn't get the dairy allergy. After sending it back it was sent again but this time no parmesan but the fetta was back on the salad with a whole lot of cheese balls. Your staff need training regarding allergies and food types. Your menus also need to show all the ingredients. The salad on the menu didn't show parmesan and the salad delivered didn't have artichokes shown on the menu.

Good value for money

The admin side was somewhat chaotic. I was booked to join a group. They kept giving the tour leader the wrong room number and it caused problems meeting up. Check out was as bad, if it was not for my honesty items I had were missed off the bill. I was booked on half board but they wanted to charge for it. Actual hotel was good but undergoing renovations so very noisy in the mornings with drills going

Good stay

Hotel is big, nice grounds. Two pools, bar, restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. Lobby has a nice seating area. The restaurant is good, many choices for the included breakfast, and other food options.

Reception staff provide conflicting information. I was checked in and given a key to a room that was ready, but it wasn’t. Waited about 25 minutes for a change to a “ready room”. Also, staff member provided information about a late check out fee while another staff member provided a different fee at time of payment. Fee was waived due to this discrepancy, but their information was contradicting. Lots of work/renovation/modernization going on, lots of noise to include Saturdays and Sundays. Location: away from places of interest and shopping. Hotel doesn’t have a gift shop at the moment.
